## Definitions
Customer: Any legally competent professional or individual, or any legal entity, who visits the Site subject to these terms and conditions.
Products and Services: Montainoir makes the following available to Customers.

Customer Information: All personal data that may be held by Montainoir for the purpose of managing your account, the customer relationship, and for analytics and statistical purposes.
User: Any internet user connecting to or using the above-named site.

For the Personal Data collected, the data controller is: Montainoir. As data controller, Montainoir undertakes to comply with the applicable legal framework.
